SaveFirst Terms & Conditions

 

  1. Service Maintenance charges are payable in advance by the person who purchases the SaveFirst Package (herein after referred to as the customer) under the SaveFirst Product.
  2. The obligation of Mahindra First Choice Services Limited (herein after referred to as MFCSL) under this agreement is limited to the deliverables purchased by the customer under the selected package of the SaveFirst Product (herein after referred to as SaveFirst Package).
  3. 15W40 grade engine oil will be used in all packages except SaveFirst Serve Synthetic package.

  4. Roadside Assistance service include following:

    1. For Glow package

      1. On site minor repair
      2. Breakdown assistance over phone
      3. Locked/Lost keys
      4. Flat Tyre support
      5. Jump Start

    2. For Serve, Serve+, Serve Synthetic and Excel package

      1. On site minor repair
      2. Breakdown assistance over phone
      3. Locked/Lost keys
      4. Flat Tyre support
      5. Jump Start
      6. Towing upto 30 kms
  5. The validity of any SaveFirst Package is 1 year from the date of product purchase invoice.
  6. Customer can avail the service from any MFCSL workshop only within the State of purchase of SaveFirst Package.
  7. The SaveFirst Package is applicable only for the vehicle against which purchase has been made. The identity of the car will be determined by the Vehicle Identification Number (Chassis number) and Vehicle Registration number.
  8. Customer must provide his unique SaveFirst number and carry the printout of SaveFirst Purchase invoice to avail the services at the MFCSL service workshop
  9. The services under SaveFirst package cannot be clubbed with any other promotional offer or discount scheme announced by MFCSL.
  10. The SaveFirst package is only applicable for private vehicles and commercial vehicles are not covered under this package.
  11. MFCSL will be responsible only for the specific services mentioned as per the SaveFirst Package. MFCSL will not be liable for any other repairs, parts, consumables or service beyond the scope stated on the SaveFirst product. Any service, part or consumable will be charged on actual to the customer along with the applicable taxes.
  12. During the validity of the SaveFirst Package the vehicle should not be used for any commercial purpose, and on such condition company reserve its right to dishonor the services mentioned on SaveFirst Package at their sole discretion, in such event the Company shall have no obligation or liabilities arising out of this agreement and the customer shall have no right to claim any refund or compensation.
  13. The customer shall provide full and free access to vehicles to provide service thereon.

  14. Product Activation

    1. After purchasing the SaveFirst Product online, customer will be required to activate the product which is essential before generating the product purchase invoice. To activate the product the customer will have to provide following details:
      1. Vehicle Chassis Number
      2. Vehicle Engine Number
      3. Vehicle Purchase Date

      The customer can activate the product (i.e. provide the above details) through:

      1. MFCS Toll Free number OR
      2. MFCS website

      More details on activation will be provided immediately after the online purchase.

    2. Customer will receive the product purchase invoice via email within 2 working days after activation and product 1 year validity period will begin from the invoice date.
      Eg: the Product is purchased on 1st July 2013 and activated as per clause 14.1 on 2nd July 2013, the invoice will be generated on or before 4th July 2013 and thereafter the validity of invoice will be for further term of 1 year i.e. 3rd July 2014.

    3. Customer will have to activate the SaveFirst Package within 10 days from the date of online purchase, failing which the order will be canceled and customer will be refunded the total amount. However no money will be refunded once the activation process is duly completed.

      It is explicitly understood and agreed by the customer that the SaveFirst Package will be accepted and honored at MFCSL outlet post completion of the activation process.

  15. This document constitutes the complete understanding between the parties and supersedes all proposals written or oral and all other communications and prior understandings between the parties and relating to the subject matter of this agreement signed by both parties.

  16. In the event if any dispute arises between the Parties out of or in relation to this save first product including but not restricted to any dispute regarding the breach of terms, termination or validity of the save first product, the Parties shall attempt, in the first instance, to resolve such dispute through amicable consultations between the representatives of the party.

    In case any disputes are not settled amicably then all such disputes shall be finally settled by a sole arbitrator appointed by MFCSL, in accordance with the (Indian) Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The Jurisdiction shall be District Courts at Mumbai exclusively; The award of the sole arbitrator shall be a reasoned award and shall be final and binding on the Parties. The venue of arbitration proceedings shall be Mumbai. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted and the award shall be stated in English language, the cost of Arbitration shall be completely borne by the customer.

    The rights stipulated herein shall be without prejudice to and independent of any other rights and remedies as may be available to the Parties in law and under this understanding or otherwise
