Business Requirements

• The franchisee should have minimum 7500 – 10000 sq. ft. carpet area in a potential location in the city.
• All Govt. approvals required for running a workshop.
• One-time initial investment will be in the range ₹ 60 lacs to ₹ 1.15 cr. The initial investment would be towards infrastructure and equipment costs and would also include the start-up franchise cost. Investment will depend on class of City, size of workshop and other local factors.
• Franchisee will have to invest in infrastructure and working capital for this project.
