How It Works

1. The Sizzling Summer Offer consists of 4 Stages.
• - Stage 1: The participant books a 'Sizzling Summer Offer' service from our website www.mahindrafirstchocieservices.com anytime from the 16th of April to the 30th of April, 2013
• - Stage 2: The participant services his vehicle at the selected MFCS workshop anytime from the 16th of April to the 20th of May, 2013
• - Stage 3: The participant then visits our website and submits a testimonial, sharing with us his experience at MFCS.
• - Stage 4: All the participants who completes above 3 stages, become eligible for a lucky draw to select winner for Grand prize which is a Weekend Getaway worth a total of Rs. 15000/- maximum. The winner will be announced on the 22nd of May, 2013.
2. The destination for the weekend getaway has to be selected from the list of destinations mentioned below.
3. The gratification amount will only include the stay and food at a hotel/resort/lodge chosen by MFCS at a destination that the participant and MFCS together agree to.
4. Bookings for the hotel/resort/lodge will be made by MFCS and will cover the stay and food for that weekend. Any additional expenditure made will be paid by the participant.

Terms and Conditions

1. Offer valid till 30th April 2013.
2. MFCSL not offer any guarantee or assurance regarding winning of the contest.
3. The participant in the Sizzling Summer Offer contest acknowledges and agrees that MFCSL shall not be liable for technical, hardware, software, process failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, which may limit or prohibit any contestant's ability to participate in the contest.
4. Employees and the family members of MFCSL, associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies and all agencies connected with the Sizzling Summer Offer are not eligible to win the prize.
5. MFCSL is empowered to take a decision on any case not covered by the present terms and conditions.
6. Only ONE participant currently residing in India and who completes all 3 stages of the offer is eligible to win the Grand prize.
7. All the services carried out in Mahindra First Choice Services (MFCSL) outlets are at the vehicle owner's risk and MFCSL will not be liable for any loss, damages or consequential damages caused while rendering the services offered under this scheme.
8. MFCSL reserves the right to modify or revoke this offer without any prior notice.
9. In case of any dispute whatsoever, the decision of MFCSL will be final and binding.
10. For the vehicle service, parts and consumables prices at actuals, weights cost extra.
11. For the vehicle service, taxes as applicable will be charged extra.
12. Any additional taxes on the offer are to be borne by the winner.
13. By participating in this program the participant agrees to allow MFCSL to use his/her name or any other details for advertising or similar promotions without demanding any compensation.
14. MFCSL reserves the sole right to choose a winner, in case of any dispute decision of MFCSL shall be final & binding on both the parties.
15. MFCSL reserves all rights to alter the terms & conditions of the offer at any time without any intimation.
16. All participants accept and agree to the above terms and conditions. Non-acceptance of any of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification from the offer.
